Over the years, Biglife has evolved from one store to a chain of stores for the fashion conscious masses. Today we have four stores in Delhi (3 in Lajpat Nagar, 1 in Rohini), and one each in Noida, Kaushambi, Amritsar, Faridabad Indirapuram, Jalandhar, Indore and recently opened in Bhopal. Biglife’s Rohini showroom is sprawled over a 50,000 sq ft area.

 

With a vision to establish itself as India’s leading fashion & lifestyle brand with global values, JDS United is planning major investments and introducing new retail concepts in the rapidly evolving organised retail landscape in India.

 

Biglife will shortly venture into the smaller towns and cities of Model Town (Gujrawala Town, Delhi), Agra, Panipat, Meerut, Moradabad, Bareilly, Jaipur, and Dehradun, to name a few. JDS United is planning to open 10 new stores pan-India by 2011-2012 in the 1st phase of its expansion, with a target to reach a turnover of Rs. 300 crores.

 

After redefining retail in North India, the group is targeting Central India, which would be followed by East & West India, to achieve a landmark turnover of Rs. 600 crores by 2014-15.
 
Though the expansion strategy is planned in a way that would immediately fast track growth; associations/ strategic tie-ups or equity dilution would further catalyse the group’s long-term growth plans and objectives.
